I understand that the mission of the Carlsbad Business Network is to promote / advertise the businesses of its members to the local Carlsbad Community through internet advertising. Said advertising will be in the format of a “daily deal” that I, the business owner/manager, will offer to introduce my service(s) / product(s). I understand that for the Carlsbad Business Network to run my “daily deal” add it must adhere to the following guidelines.
A. The add must offer a genuine real saving of at least 25% from my usual and customary pricing B. The net price of the promotional service after the discount that I am offering shall not exceed $100.00 C. The promotional service / product that I will advertise is designed to introduce my service /product to the Carlsbad community and will be presold by the Carlsbad Business Network on my behalf. D. For each service / product presold for me by the Carlsbad Business Network, I will receive 75% of the advertised sale price upon delivery of the service or product by me to the purchasing customer. E. I will make no false claims and shall perform the advertised services or deliver the advertised products in a good workmanlike and good business like manner. F. To retain my standing as an active member of the Carlsbad Business Network I agree to run my promotional add minimum of once every four month from the date that my original add is ran and to pay $88.00 annual membership fee after my first add was run.
I understand that Carlsbad Business Network may terminate my membership at any time and that the Carlsbad Business Network may unilaterally and at its sole discretion refuse to run any of my adds.
